Customer Service and Operations Administration Executive

Join our fast-paced, customer-focused **custom printing and marketing services team** and help us bring ideas to life.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the entire order cycle — from initial entry to final delivery tracking.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate customer orders to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Monitor daily production workflows and adjust priorities for maximum efficiency.
- Accurately enter and maintain orders in our software system, ensuring records are always up to date.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.
- Liaise with suppliers: issue purchase orders, track incoming materials, and resolve supply issues promptly.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the **print industry.**:
- In-depth knowledge of paper types, grain direction, and GSM specifications.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital printers and production workflows a strong asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with order management systems and the Microsoft Office
