**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Director, Solution Delivery and Data Services, this role is accountable for ensuring the performance, usability, and continuous improvement of Plannera’s business systems. This role plays a key part in evolving our systems through a product-oriented lens, prioritizing end-user experience, incremental value delivery, and continuous stakeholder alignment. As a both a product and service minded leader, you will guide a cross-functional team that delivers value through thoughtful enhancements, iterative delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible to:
- Lead the delivery of product, system, and process enhancements, prioritizing value, usability, and iteration.
- Manage a cross-functional team responsible for solution delivery, business system support, service enablement, and leading strategic planning for products.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology - ensuring system capabilities align with evolving organizational needs.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships to gather insights, shape backlogs, and co-design solutions that improve service outcomes.
- Use performance data and customer feedback to refine delivery approaches and continuously improve system impact.
- Develop team capability in solution thinking, agile practices, and customer-focused products and service delivery.

Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through a combination of:
- Post-secondary education in business systems, information technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience managing products, service delivery, or system support teams within a complex organization.
- Familiarity with structured project and solution delivery frameworks and performance tracking tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and support cross-functional systems adoption.
