From sourcing & roasting to brewing & canning, we take pride in what we do each step of the way.

As part of the roastery team, the Production assistant will learn how to craft cold brew consistently, slay the canning line, accurately package coffee, prepare customer shipments, assess coffee quality, help with product development, make deliveries, and maintain a clean and cozy roastery.

This is a great position for someone who is looking to establish their career in the coffee industry.
