- Part-time.
- Hours: 15-20 per week, flexible within core hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM), accommodating school or childcare schedules.

**About the Role**:

You may have just found your perfect match We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Technician to join our growing team. Your primary responsibilities will include executing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assemble and perform quality control on micro-assemblies. High precision while working with small parts will be crucial for this role. This position is ideal for students seeking flexibility, parents juggling childcare and work obligations, or individuals looking for part-time work.

**Specific responsibilities of this role**:

- Follow SOPs to cut and QC optical fibers
- Glue fibers into ferrules with precision
- Inspect fiber ferrule assemblies using a microscope
- Track inventory and quality data in systems Work in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and cleanroom protocols

You are passionate about continuous improvements in quality and efficiency to help improve production processes. - Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow SOPs accurately
- Skilled with fine motor tasks and precise work
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Meticulous in nature, especially while performing repetitive tasks
- Organized and dedicated to maintaining a clean and efficient workspace

Bonus points if you have experience with:

- Optic fibers
- Background in high-volume production with tight mechanical tolerances
- Experience working in cleanroom environments
