**This full-time position is at our Colwood location, with shifts, Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and is responsible for opening and closing the office. The pay rate for this position is $21 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package including**:

**To succeed in this role, you have**:

- Two years of relevant Customer service experience.
- Experience or familiarity with reception or switchboard-type functions.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt, and prioritize client needs.
- Sensitivity and tact in dealing with people under stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of the unique challenges of the military lifestyle would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of local community resources would be viewed as an asset.
- Bilingualism (English & French) would be regarded as an asset.
