Calgary, Canada Rocky View Speech Therapy Inc. Full time

**Join Rocky View Speech Therapy**

At Rocky View Speech Therapy (RVST), we provide in-home speech therapy across Calgary and area that is play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centered. We’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist who want the freedom to focus on their clients without the added stress of marketing or billing.

This role could be a great fit if you’re hoping to add just a few private clients to your week, or if you’d like to build toward a fuller caseload over time. Right now, most new referrals are for after-school, evening, or weekend sessions throughout the city, and include some FSCD clients, with the potential to grow into daytime clients as your caseload develops.

What We Offer
- **Flexibility & Autonomy**: As an independent contractor, you choose your caseload size, set your own schedule within the times families are looking for support, and determine your mileage rates. We don’t believe in non-competes and you have full control of how and when you work.
- **Supportive Community**: You’ll enjoy the independence of private practice with the added benefit of mentorship and collaboration. We host monthly team meetings to stay connected and learn from each other.
- **Competitive Pay**: $105/hr, rising to $110/hr after six months. Most of our contractors also charge approximately $25 in mileage fees per in-home session, which brings average earnings closer to $130-135/session.

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, personalized speech therapy in clients’ homes.
- Partner with families to create play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-backed treatment plans that fit naturally into everyday life.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with our admin team and with families to confirm availability, coordinate schedules, and follow up on client needs.

What You Need
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or upcoming registration with ACSLPA.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Vulnerable Sector Check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

Pay: $105.00-$110.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- Flexible schedule
- Work from home
