**Job Title - Customer Service Representative**

**Who are we?**

We are looking for warehouse associates to join our Mississauga, Ontario warehouse team as a Full Time worker.

**Customer Service Representative - Automotive Industry**

**Location**:6127 Shawson Dr. Mississauga, ON, L5T 1E4

**Job Type**: Full-time / Part-time
**Expected Hours**: 20 - 40 per week
**Pay**: $17.20 per hour + Monthly Bonus of up to $550 (based on performance)

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- **Proactive and detail-oriented** approach, capable of meeting and exceeding daily sales targets.
- **Proficiency in inventory management systems** like Square and a solid understanding of sales reporting.
- **Previous experience in an automotive environment**, preferably with a background in **auto parts** or a related field.

**Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management**:

- Prepare and set up inventory for **customer pickup** at the counter.
- Replenish shelves with inventory from stock.
- Update and manage inventory records in **Square**.

**Sales & Customer Service**:

- Sell **merchandise, Castrol, and Liqui Moly products** to maximize daily sales.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, helping them find the right **auto parts** and accessories.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Base Pay**: $16.55 per hour.
- **Performance Bonus**: Up to **$550 per month** based on sales and service targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Secondary school (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- **Customer service**: 1 year (required).
- **Retail sales**: 1 year (preferred).
- **Knowledge of Auto Parts**: Strong understanding of automotive components and products.
- **Schedule**: Flexible shifts (4-hour and 8-hour options available), Monday to Satuday.
- **Language Requirement**: French is not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour
