This role is a key touchpoint for our clients and requires a warm and engaging individual who is comfortable handling high pressure situations with a calm and collective approach.
**Condominium Property Manager**
If you are looking to contribute to an experienced, energizing and dedicated team, are licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta ('RECA') and have a commitment to be the best you can be by managing your accounts, we would like to invite you to join us in discussing your passion in the condominium management industry.
Qualifications for Condo Property Managers on our team are as follows:
**MUST** be Licensed through the RECA
- **Exceptional Customer Service Provider**:
- **No hesitation to maintain communication and manage the client experience at all touch points**:
- **Exceptional Administrative skills including formatting, excel, mail merges and business communication**:
- **MUST be comfortable leading, hosting and managing meetings including public speaking, chairing meetings, AGMs and public events.**:
- Ability and willingness to secure your Condominium License within 90 days of Employment
- Sales &/Or Customer conflict resolution skills required
- You must love dealing with people
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies suites proprietary to the Elara Experience
- Quickbooks and/or Accounting exposure
- Strong contract negotiation and analysis skills
- Work independently and at various locations
- Flexible schedule for a diverse portfolio
