Edmonton, Canada Inland Property Management Ltd. Full time

**Note that this is not a Building Manager position**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer a residential and commercial condominium portfolio, working closely with the Board of Directors
- Effectively communicate with the Board and Owners
- Provide the day to day management essentials for each property
- Provide professional guidance regarding obligations and accountability
- Develop annual operating budgets, re-forecasting as necessary
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules, annual site inspections
- Negotiate and implement contracts
- Oversee maintenance activities with service providers
- Administer arrears collection

1. 1-3 years direct experience working with Condo Boards (i.e. board meetings, AGMs, contract negotiation, maintenance and document administration, budget preparation, etc.)

2. mature & courteous interpersonal skills demonstrating an affinity for working within a team of professionals committed to a positive resolution process and the delivery of excellent service

3. a natural affinity for administrative detail and accuracy

4. a thorough follow-up system when resolving issues

5. excellent spelling, grammar and writing skills

6. standard proficiency with Microsoft Office

7. an informed and professional delivery & appearance when dealing with the Condominium Boards

8. must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to condominium projects in Edmonton and surrounding communities

9. skills to communicate in an effective manner with our clients, management, the Broker, and fellow team members

**10. must be licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta as a Condominium Manager.**

Salary will commensurate with experience.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
