If so, we invite you to join our dedicated team at The Brenda Strafford Foundation as a Scheduler. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage daily staffing schedules across departments using Makeshift - Maintain staffing levels ensuring adequate coverage due to sick calls and time off requests. - Working collaboratively to manage schedules for all 5 work sites in a team setting. - Maintaining and updating vacation tracker for Bow View Manor. - Updating Makeshift schedules promptly. - Taking sick calls and publishing open shifts promptly. - Updating sites if no coverage of sick calls and getting options to ensure staffing at sites is maintained. **Why Join Us**: At The Brenda Strafford Foundation, we are more than a workplace—we are a united team.
