Role Overview

We're seeking Permanent Lighting Installers to join our dynamic installation team. This role involves hands-on installation of lighting tracks, wiring, and control systems along residential and commercial rooflines.

What You'll Do

  • Install permanent LED lighting systems on roofs, fascia, and soffits.
  • Operate safely on ladders, lifts, and rooftops.
  • Ensure precise spacing, alignment, and color matching of lighting tracks.
  • Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and customer walkthroughs.
  • Maintain a clean, professional job site and represent our brand with integrity.
  • ⸻What We're Looking For
  • Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs, and elevated platforms).
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Experience in lighting, roofing, electrical, or trades work is a bonus, but not required — we'll train the right people.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
