Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a qualified, motivated individual to join our company as an Office Administrator. As part of our team, your duties will include a mix of office administration duties, accounting duties and assistance to the Operator of our commercial scale. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn the various parts of our growing business as you support our operations both in and out of the office. Key skills that will allow you to succeed in this position include a willingness to learn, attention to detail, organization of time and documents as well as the ability to take initiative while performing your duties and responsibilities.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, scan, etc. as needed
- Log information into a centralized database and maintain physical records of scale jobs
- Prepare job sheets and invoices for scale operations
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and data as requested
- Assist in meetings, luncheons, and / or special projects
- Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings
- Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers
- Purchase, track, and invoice office supplies
- Maintain a safe, organized working environment
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; business diploma preferred but not required
- Moderate computer proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Experience in construction industry or in an industrial yard environment an asset but not required
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers Licence (required)
