Integral HR Solutions is partnering with E&M Copper Ltd. (Brantford, ON) to recruit and place a highly competent General Manager.

Displaying an ability to work at a strategic level while providing visible leadership to direct reports, the GM will take ownership of the following:

- Facilitate the development of the corporate vision, strategic business plans and operational strategies.
- Foster an optimal organizational culture
- Provide leadership to operations and procurement teams to deliver against strategy/plan/objectives
- Provide leadership to business development, administration, account management, marketing and product Innovation teams
- Creation of a continuous improvement strategy and culture
- Take accountability for the organization’s market position and commercial efficiency
- Develop revenue streams from new value-added services while optimizing revenues from existing revenue channels through innovative marketing and rapid response to changing customer needs and expectations.
- Delivering sustained profitable growth
- Partnering with Human Resources to introduce best-in-class practices.
- Highly effective leader of people.
- Ability to create and execute on strategy, objectives, priorities, metrics, tracking and plan (and cascade this down throughout the organization).
- Ability to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges
- Ability to build relationships and partnerships (internal and external).
- Ability to think and act strategically, well organized, a strong negotiator, and be aware of and responsive to economic trends, and market fluctuations.
- Holding an Engineering degree or related designation with CI experience in a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial.

Pay: $125,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
