Our industry is booming and Wade Antenna Inc. has an opportunity for the right leader to join our progressive team as a General Manager at our Brantford, Ontario location. If you are entrepreneurial, forward thinking, results driven, hands on Manager who has experience running a small/medium size Canadian enterprise, we have the right job for you

Reporting to the CEO, you will manage the Company's entire operations and support the Company's vision and long-term growth plans.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing operational functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability and meeting business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations, supported by an experienced Management Team in operations, engineering, quality and sales.
- Focus on and compassionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Solid decision making skills.
- Experience in successfully implementing strategies for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key vendor relationships to ensure the quality and reliability of materials and finished goods.
- Experience implementing ISO of QMS certifications in a small/medium enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience with change management and implementing new strategies.
- Experience with setting goals and objectives that are achieved, monitored and measured weekly, monthly and annually, such as implementing personal scorecards.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage a team of people to align with Company goals and growth expectations.
- Experience with a culture of building and integrating core values to provide alignment with the Company and the staff.
- Experience in the telecommunications market is an asset.
- Business degree with a technical background or MBA graduate with P. Eng.
