**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive Director, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments using Outlook Calendar.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the front desk, delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed, utilizing Google Suite effectively.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including logistics such as room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, typing documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
