We are currently seeking a qualified **Supervisor** at our Markham location.

**Job Description**:

- Perform various clerical duties including, payroll, invoicing, daily timesheets, fuel usage and billing
- Scheduling of up to 20 employees, assign daily tasks, schedule weekend work
- Assessing and maintaining high standards of work quality
- Understand and utilize cost savings.
- Represent TEAM Group in a professional manner with documentation, communication (client -calls, requests, complaints, etc), as well as appearance
- Maintaining a schedule of safety training for all employees
- Promote and enforce company’s safety mantra at all times
- Ensure all team members are supplied proper PPE
- Perform active supervision (i.e. time spent on the floor) and crew training
- Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:

- At least 2 years supervisory experience
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must wear required PPE to perform work instruction
- First Aid/CPR certificate a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid DZ or ACZ license
- Vacuum Truck experience an asset but not required (training provided)
- Experience with High pressure waterblasting and asset but not required
- Resolve and manage client and supplier concerns
- Dependable individual that will take ownership of their shift and work with other supervisors in a Team environment
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems
- Go the extra mile to ensure deadlines are met and willing to work extra hours if required to complete the required task or assignments.
- Able to manage multiple jobs, while ensuring safety, quality and work is being performed to a high level of efficiency.
- Interact and have a proven track record of customer service excellence.
- Self-driven individual, that is continuously looking for ways to make improvements. Ability to resolve issues as they arise.
- Microsoft office experience: Word, Excel
- Industrial paint system cleaning & janitorial experience would be an asset.
- WHIMS, lockout, confined space trained, rescue trained would be an asset. Company willing to train.
- High School diploma required. post-secondary education an asset

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, Some Nights some Weekends

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
