As a Learning Production Coordinator, you will create multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and interactive materials, to enhance training and eLearning experiences while collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to improve existing instructional materials. This role develops innovative eLearning solutions to provide employees with effective, on-demand, and self-paced learning opportunities across Water Services and other partnering business units. Primary duties include:
- Manage eLearning development projects, ensuring client's approval of goals, content, and milestones.
- Research and consult with SMEs and clients to identify learning needs, outcomes, and appropriate methods.
- Create templates, storyboards, and scripts for eLearning, video, web, and multimedia content.
- Identify technical constraints, including software and authoring tool limitations, and design interactive scenarios to enhance learning.
- Develop and edit multimedia content, including raster/vector illustrations, video, audio, and SCORM-compliant eLearning using Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools.
- Gather, create, edit, and design multimedia content including graphics, photos, animations, audio, and video to support learning objectives and presentations for various functions.
- Create interactive forms and support L&ED by editing and formatting course content in tools like InDesign, Word, and other platforms as needed.
**Qualifications**
- A completed 2 year diploma in a related field and at least of 3 years of related experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Teams, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint) is required.
- Proficiency in eLearning creation, video and sound editing, Articulate 360, and Adobe Creative Suite will be considered assets.
- Experience managing projects or working in a consulting environment will be considered an asset.
- Success in this position requires excellent communication skills and a customer service approach.

work week, with 1 day off in each 3 week cycle.
Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
