Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesProvide coordination support to the Learning & Development team, including event coordination supportMonitor course registrations and schedules on the Learning Management System (LMS)Liaise with hotel representatives to determine space availability and menu selectionLiaise with internal and external facilitators to determine availability and session allocationCommunicate course offerings and details to team membersPrepare, format, and proof manuals and course materials before they are distributedLaunch course evaluations and compile evaluation resultsProduce routine/ad-hoc reports as requested from LMS in a timely and accurate mannerAddress team member queries in a timely mannerCoordinate the facilitation of learning and development programs including on-site logistics, equipment, catering, registration, and course materials, for National offeringsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as requiredSkills and ExperiencePost secondary education in administration, learning and development, or human resources is an assetA minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in administration and coordinating events, experience in the professional services environment would be an assetDemonstrated ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all timesExcellent time management, organizational and communication skills are necessaryStrong computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Office SuiteMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
