**20 minutes West of Cochrane,** alongside the stunning Ghost River, The Crossing is a premier retreat destination offering corporate getaways, weddings, special events, and individual guest experiences. Our scenic setting and personalized service set us apart—and we’re looking for someone passionate about hospitality to join our team.

**Position Summary**

The Guest Experience Representative plays a central role in ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience—from check‑in through event execution and departure. As the first point of contact, this position requires strong event coordination, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage all facets of guest relations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day retreat and property operations, working closely with the on‑site team.
- Establish and foster strong relationships with corporate clients, retreat groups, wedding parties, and individual guests.
- Serve as the primary liaison with event organizers, managing communication, logístical planning, and event flow.
- Assist in the planning and smooth execution of weddings, corporate events, retreats, and special celebrations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet guest needs—catering, accommodations, recreation, AV, housekeeping.
- Maintain guest records and event plans using property management systems (experience with WebRezPro is a plus).
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve issues to uphold high service standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Prior experience in event planning or special events coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with corporate clients and individual guests.
- Comfortable with guest-facing responsibilities—welcoming, advising, assisting.
- Experience with or willingness to learn WebRezPro or similar hospitality software.
- Efficiency in excel and outlook
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

**Preferred**
- Experience with weddings, corporate retreats, or conferences.
- Background in hospitality management or event services.
