**What You'll Do**:

- Be the first point of contact for our service guests, offering a warm and professional welcome.
- Confirm service appointments and guest information.
- Conduct walkarounds with the guest to identify vehicle concerns.
- Open repair orders in our system with accuracy and care.
- Keep the guest informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit.
- Handle customer check-out and payment in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Work closely with our BDC and service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in **hospitality**, **hotel guest services**, **retail**, or **customer service** is strongly preferred.
- Professional, upbeat, and personable with excellent communication skills.
- A multitasker who thrives in a busy, team-oriented setting.
- Comfortable with computers and willing to learn dealership software systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized — you don’t miss the little things.
