Aspen Creek Designer Homes is searching for a motivated and driven sales focused individual to join our growing team We are a reputable builder known for our high-quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and exceptional customer service.

**Working from our Showhome, as a Sales Associate (We call you a Guest Experience Specialist), you will**:

- Build Authentic Relationships with potential clients (we call them Guests) and guide them through the homebuying process.
- Showcase our stunning portfolio of designer homes and highlight the benefits of owning an Aspen Creek home.
- Understand client needs and preferences to match them with the perfect home or help them customize a plan.
- Support the Area Sales Manager (we call them New Home Experts) in negotiating sales contracts and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
- Participate in community events and generate leads through effective marketing strategies.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales capacity, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships.
- Excels at communication, both written and verbal, and enjoys presenting information to potential Guests.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and is self-motivated, and thrives on helping Guests move through their decision making process.
- Has a passion for the building industry and a keen understanding of current design trends.
- Holds a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (a must for attending appointments and visiting model homes).

**Salary Range**:

- $45,000 base with potential to earn up to $75,000 yearly (depending on number of sales achieved by you and your New Home Expert)

- Showhome Hours:

- Mondays 12pm-8pm - Wednesday 12pm - 8pm
- Saturday-Sunday 11am-6pm
