**What Does an Operations Coordinator Do?**:
**As an Operations Coordinator, You Will**:
- Schedule Milling & Reclaiming crews
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and with the Miller Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, in daily operations, as well as ensuring that Health and Safety Training is carried out in accordance with requirements
- Represent Miller during on-site visits with the customer, authorities, and regulatory agencies
- Liaison with shop by aiding in the scheduling of equipment repairs and service
- Payroll monitoring for approximately 12 Field staff
- Other administration duties as required
**What You'll Bring**:
- Estimating and project management considered as an asset
- Excellent organizational and planning skills including prioritization and multi-tasking
- Keen attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Ability to build strong respectful relationships and communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to work individually or team environment
- Knowledge of the Occupation Health and Safety Act, COR and WHMIS.
- Knowledge of Microsoft software package (primarily Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), as well as JDE.
