**As an Operations Coordinator, You Will**:

- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and with the Miller Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, in daily operations, as well as ensuring that Health and Safety Training is carried out in accordance with requirements
- Assist to coordinate the scheduling of the milling and reclaiming crews. This includes order taking from customers, coordination of crews and equipment floats
- Represent Miller during on-site visits with the customer, authorities, and regulatory agencies
- Liaise with shop by aiding in the scheduling of equipment repairs and service
- Monitor and track equipment performance
- Schedule employees of Milling & Reclaiming crews
- Organize training of new employees

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience as a Foreperson or Sub-Foreperson, an asset
- Milling and/or reclaiming experience, an asset
- Knowledge of the Occupation Health and Safety Act, COR, and WHMIS
- Superb organizational and planning skills including prioritization and multi-tasking
- Keen attention to detail to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Ability to build strong respectful relationships and communicate effectively and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent Microsoft software skills (primarily Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), as well as JDE
- Sense of urgency and strong work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to work individually or team environment
