**Powell Foundations Inc. (PFI)**, specializes in the design and installation of shoring and foundations systems including caissons, structural piles, retaining walls, driven piles, noise walls, sheet piling and vibratory work. We are in Stouffville, Ontario and are looking to add to our team.

We are currently seeking an **Operations Manager **to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, lead, train, guide, coach and evaluate team.
- Manage day to day operations.
- Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Promote and ensure our safety culture is enforced and supported.
- Manage the overall field activities as a support structure such as scheduling of manpower, equipment, and resources.
- Overall management of job tasks, schedules, and client relationships.
- Execute plans to improve productivity and processes including asset utilization, information flow, management reporting and planning.
- Coordination of equipment and supplies.
- Work directly with project managers and team leads to coordinate job logistics.
- Other duties as needed

**Qualifications**:

- At least five years progressively senior management responsibility for operations, ideally in the deep foundation/shoring industry
- Proven track record building client relationships, identifying business opportunities and contributing to profitable growth
- Track record of getting the best from employees, builds strong connections internally and externally
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clear drivers abstract
- Must have effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on business processes
