About the Functional Analyst/Business Analyst position _**_:_

You're looking for:

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Carry out and document the customer's needs analysis and business process;
- Help customers define their needs;
- Design and implement solutions that meet the customer's business requirements;
- Implement integration strategies;
- Monitor the progress of a solution;
- Accompany customers through the acceptance phase and deployment, while managing their expectations;
- Participate in improving analysis processes and methodologies;
- Keep up to date on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technology and new features;

- At least 3 to 5 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform ;
- Relevant experience as a functional analyst or business analyst;
- Consulting experience;
- Bilingualism (English/French, spoken and written)
