**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist prospective clients with rental inquiries through phone calls, in-person visits, and online platforms
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about rental units
- Manage inventory control and maintain accurate records of available properties and client interactions
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized files using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Engage in outside sales efforts to attract new tenants and promote rental properties
- Develop business activities and create new marketing strategies to increase property visibility and attract potential renters with General Manager approval
- Maintain professional communication with clients via phone etiquette and public speaking skills
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to meet both client needs and company policies
- Follow up with prospects and complete the necessary rental documents
- Issue rental activity reports and handle renewal requests as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and repairs as needed
- Participate in any other related tasks required by the General Manager
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure smooth daily operations

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales, public speaking, or customer service is required
- Familiarity with inventory management, inventory control, and retail math is advantageous
- Administrative experience including data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office procedures is desirable
- Skills in negotiation, marketing, phone etiquette, and organizational skills are highly valued

This position includes a per-sale bonus structure in addition to base pay.
