**Key Responsibilities**:
Property and Staff Management
- Be the primary liaison for the property and its ownership.
- Manage all on-site staff.
- Supervise all monthly move-ins/move-outs and ensure units are ready for occupancy to facilitate timely turnovers.
- Oversee maintenance programs and site equipment.
- Manage tenant repairs and service requests to consistently provide a high level of service.
- Handle tenant relations, including timely rent collection and ensuring tenants adhere to lease obligations.
- Plan and execute tenant events and engagement programs.

Budget and Financial Management
- Oversee the creation and monitoring of property budgets and major capital renovation proposals.
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the operating budget to ensure revenues and expenses align with targets and resources are utilized efficiently.

Operations and Compliance
- Collaborate with Operations and Leasing team members to uphold the highest service standards.
- Ensure all property management policies, procedures, and operations are effectively conducted and comply with Alberta laws.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ property management experience in commercial portfolios.
- Post-secondary education in real estate and/or CPM designation (asset).
- Comprehensive knowledge of budget, expenditures, new leasing agreements, renewals, terminations, property’s physical space, and status of mechanical equipment.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
