At Chapter Estates Winery, we craft distinctive wines that reflect the character of Campbell Valley and the spirit of the Fraser Valley. Rooted in family and driven by quality, we create welcoming, memorable experiences - from curated tastings and farm-to-table dining to wine clubs and signature events. **WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Deliver exceptional wine tasting experiences with warmth, enthusiasm, and expertise
- Educate guests on our wines, winemaking process, and vineyard story
- Assist in daily operations, including setup, service, and cleanup
- Support special events, private tastings, and tours as needed
- Ensure every guest leaves with a memorable impression of our brand

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Previous experience in wine service, hospitality, or tasting room environments
- A solid understanding of wine, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail in all guest interactions
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed
- Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
