**Key Accountabilities**:

- Works closely with Store Manager in all planning and implementing of strategies to exceed customer expectations
- Oversees the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis
- Responsible for creating and managing the schedule in conjunction with the labor budget
- Analyze all financial reports and create appropriate action plans
- Network and maintain relationships with others in our industry
- Consistently monitor portfolios, BCL, and all applicable resources available to ensure we have the best selection available for our customers
- Strategize with management team future staffing needs and succession plans
- Support the store with recruitment and selection of new employees
- Lead by example in all aspects of the role
- Participates in ongoing coaching and mentoring of all team members
- Maintains open communication with management team of any ongoing opportunities with the team

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5 years in the customer service or retail industry
- 2-3 years as an Assistant Manager in a retail setting
- Experience coaching/mentoring a team
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Apps and general technology
- Serving It Right certificate

Pay: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
