**REQUIREMENTS**:
EXPERIENCE
Strong background in claims management. Proven experience working with third-party claims management contractors and managing complex claims. Experience in a Federal Unionized environment.
KNOWLEDGE
Expertise in vocational rehabilitation and integrating it into RTW programs. In-depth knowledge of Return to Work programs and strategies. In depth knowledge of Worker’s Compensation legislation and regulations.

DEVELOP STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES
Ability to develop and maintain effective standard operating procedures.
