We are expanding our staff and are seeking an ambitious sales professional to join the family. At System Equine we sell dreams. Customers come to us to make sure they get quality products with amazing service and we are looking at hiring the best to service them.
The Sales Account Manager position will entail working on-site at our location in Rockwood ON, and being the main point of contact with clients to discover and aid in the building of their dream farm. Working with a multitude of products you will be a master at determining your customer's need and wants, and suggesting and selling the correct products whether it be stalls, fencing, or equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives, ensuring their satisfaction with System Equine's products and services.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide product updates, promotions, and industry-related information.
**Sales Development**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base.
**Quoting and Proposal Generation**:
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product information to clients.
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
**Customer Support**:
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of equestrian products and the horse industry is a plus
