Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
**Inside Sales Responsibilities**:
- Complete order entry of incoming purchase orders
- Provide appropriate paperwork for packing and loading/shipping
Maintain assigned accounts, continually following up on order status
Check back orders to ensure they are ready for delivery or pick up
Professional phone manner is essential
Ability to pick up computer software ( Sage 300 is an asset) but we will train.
Microsoft Office is essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour
