Now, if you were to come on board as our **Regional Marketing Manager**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Oversee the execution of all marketing programs for multiple accounts within a region in order to grow like for like sales while maintaining the integrity of internal and external brand standards
- Ensure merchandising best practices are being followed and consumer flow drives the execution of retail excellence
- Assess individual business needs and develop appropriate materials and presentations, act as a single point of contact for all marketing needs
- Review regions’ performance monthly by unit with the District Manager and Marketing Director and implement appropriate action plans to address underperforming units
- Ensure compliance to POS and marketing programs and promotions

Think you have what it takes to be our **Regional Marketing Manager**? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you are the best fit:

- Minimum of 5 to10 years in Marketing or Operations; (marketing experience preferred)
- Restaurant, retail, QSR and/or field experience would be a strong asset
- University or college degree in Marketing or General Business
- Creative, strategic thinker with demonstrated success in a marketing role
- Strong retail, sales, and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel
- Detail oriented and proven organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work equally well independently and collaboratively with a team
- Helpful, positive, can-do attitude
- French language proficiency also considered an asset

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
