We seek an enthusiastic motivated experienced Regional Manager for our Dental Office to join our London, ON, team.
The Regional Manager will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and performance of our three (3) dental offices in the London region. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive operational excellence, enhance patient satisfaction, and support the professional development of our staff.

- **Qualifications**:_
- 5 years+ experience in dental management
- Strong understanding of dental office operations and regulatory requirements.
- Post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration/Business Administration
- Proven track record of improving operational performance and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and meeting KPIs
- Tracker Dental Software Experience
- Experience in Treatment Coordination
- Ability to travel between locations within the region as needed
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Oversee daily operations of multiple dental offices within the region to ensure efficiency and high standards of patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery and achieve business goals.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and support office managers and staff to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to staff.
- Address and resolve any operational or patient care issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing strategies to attract new patients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the region.
