5 Star Services and Products is excited to announce that we are hiring for a full time Tender Coordinator at our Sherwood Park head office.

As a Tender Coordinator, you will be responsible for commercial tenders from reviewing the initial request to tracking and managing the tender process to submitting the final bids to purchasers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the detailed requirements to be included as part of the tender documentation
- Assist with key tender milestones in line with tender administration processes to ensure they are accurately completed in order to meet deadlines
- Manage tender correspondence in line with internal and external guidelines
- Coordinate the tender process within the tender team to set deadlines and responsibilities
- Reviewing contractual terms and conditions
- General administrative tasks as required
- Maintaining the administration of the tenders
- Obtain feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful
- Strive to continuously improve the tender process

**Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary education in administration or procurement preferred
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in completing tenders an asset
- Customer-focused
- Strong power of analysis
- Excellent organizational skills
- Eye for detail
- Self-starter able to work independently and in teams
