We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Electrical Engineers with a passion for the oil and gas industry to join our team as Junior estimator/project controller. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist with estimation tasks and gain hands-on experience as a project controller at project work sites.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Electrical and Instrumentation Estimates: Support the estimation team in preparing accurate estimates for projects within the oil and gas industry.
- Collaborate with Estimation and Project Team: Work closely with senior team members to identify pre and post-tender issues and ensure comprehensive project understanding.
- Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients during the tender process to fully comprehend the scope of estimates and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Support in communicating with third-party subcontractors as necessary to ensure all aspects of the estimate scope are covered.
- Bid Review and Cost Analysis: Participate in bid reviews and post-project cost reviews to optimize project performance and profitability.
- Site Walkdowns: Accompany senior team members on site walkdowns to gain insights into project scopes and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to interpret various drawing packages in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Work Environment: Willingness to work in a dual role where estimation tasks will be completed from the home office, while project coordination activities will be carried out at project work sites.
- Time Management: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in estimates and project execution.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within the estimation team and independently as needed.
- Communication: Good organizational and communication skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the electrical industry.
