Gather and compile all water utility regional servicing files into a centralized archive for improved organization and accessibility.
- Streamline the archive by reviewing and removing duplicate or outdated documents. This will primarily consist of managing electronic records, with the possibility of handling some physical files.
- Develop and implement a systematic categorization and filing system for easy document retrieval.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive records management protocol to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and efficient future document management.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in Second year in a diploma or degree in Records Management, Library Information Technology or Library Services.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint).
- Success in this role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to demonstrate a results-oriented mindset is crucial to achieve efficient, timely, and high-quality outcomes in this position.
- Strong communication, research and problem-solving skills, with a strong sense of personal accountability.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- A security clearance will be conducted.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
