**Position Overview**
- The Elementary Dean of Academics and Students supports the school and administration in achieving integration objectives consistent with the model of Integral Formation, which aims to know, love, and imitate Jesus Christ by following and accomplishing the Gospel principles.
- The Elementary Dean of Academics and Students is responsible for promoting Human, Spiritual, Academic, and Apostolic formation in collaboration with the Formation Team and Elementary Director of Education and Formation.
- The Elementary Dean of Academics and Students helps to set the standard for professional appearance, dress code, uniform adherence, and appropriate conduct for teachers and students, fostering a formative and disciplined environment.
- The Elementary Dean of Academics and Students is responsible for creating an atmosphere of order, encouraging students to understand, accept, and follow school rules out of personal conviction, and helping them accomplish the objectives of Integral Formation.
- The Elementary Dean of Academics and Students fulfi lls their responsibilities with the awareness that they are, above all, an apostle of Christ, providing a testimony of faith, virtuous personal life, and professional dedication to the mission entrusted to them.
