**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Traffic Supervisor, the Transportation Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited too, invoicing, general office related duties, and provides administrative support for the department.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Tender through the TMS system all carrier pickups.
- Responsible for dealing with returned and recalled product.
- Customer service skills for dealing with Drivers and Transport Companies
- Invoicing of Domestic/USA/Mexico loads shipping from Burlington Facility
- Completing export documentation for US and Mexico loads
- Completing documents for domestic and US Tanker shipments daily
- Support other Traffic department staff as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics environment preferred.
- Experience with AS/400 system is an asset.
- TMS experience an asset.
- Export documentation (USA, Mexico and other countries).
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel).
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Can work in a high paced environment.
- Hours are 10am to 630pm and Afternoon shift as required
