**Job Description / Customer Service Representative**
- Answer customers on all inbound/outbound calls and answer their questions
- Provide customers with information on products and services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Work closely with all professionals responsible for customer relationship management (physiotherapists, admins and management)
- Manage all requests to schedule and change appointments
- Consult schedules to determine their availability for appointments and speak to branch team members as needed
- Respond to objections by finding solutions that meet the customer's needs
- Update customer files with the appropriate information and ensuring that it meets company guidelines
- Administrative support

**Education and skills**:

- High school diploma or higher required
- Bilingualism (French and English) required
- 2 years experience in customer service-sale
- Basic skills with Microsoft & Google Workspace

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les professionnels responsables de la gestion de la relation client (physiothérapeutes, administrateurs et membres de la direction)
- Gérer toutes les demandes de prise et modification de rendez-vous à l'horaire
- Consulter les horaires afin de déterminer leurs disponibilités pour les prises de rendez-vous et s’adresser aux membres de l'équipe des succursale au besoin
- Répondre aux objections en trouvant des solutions répondant au besoin du client
- Mettre à jour les fichiers des clients avec les informations appropriées en respectant les directives de l'entreprise
- Support administratif

**Formation et compétences**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou d’études supérieures requis
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) obligatoire
- 2 ans d'expérience au service à la clientèle-vente
- Compétences de base avec Microsoft & Google Workspace
