E-commerce/shopify Operation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, with a focus on the Shopify platform.
- Oversee daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, customer service, and order fulfillment.
- Master SEO and other keyword optimization techniques to increase online store exposure.
- Utilize data analytics tools to analyze operational metrics and optimize store strategies accordingly.
- Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure smooth inventory management and order processing.
- Work efficiently with other departments and team members to achieve business objectives and tasks.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachlor or higher degree in Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in online store, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing, with an understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong data analytics skills, proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools.
- Proficient in: Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO tools, basic graphic editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent copywriting and customer service skills.
- Basic project management and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle emergencies and crises.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain management, including inventory and logistics.
- Understanding of e-commerce laws and compliance will be considered as an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- **Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin**

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Shopify Operation: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
