**What you will be doing**:

- Operational type Automation Engineering Management (Electrical Controls Department and related personal)
- Job function is to provide Automation Technical Expertise and Management for our Corrugated Plants
- This is a full-time day position with the possibility of emergency support for our 24/5 operations.

**Main Job Function**:

- Support and Management of Complex Automated Systems and related personal.
- Establish, maintain, and manage methods to minimize down time for over 1500 complex systems across 6 plants.
- Oversee and manage internal and external controls related support (ongoing and emergency support)
- Manage and establish ongoing Controls related training (internal and external) for Engineers, Technologist and

Electricians across 6 plants.

**Ongoing Job Functions**:
Oversee and Manage Automation Department as it pertains to the **ongoing operation of 6 Plants.**
This includes but not limited to:

- Managing Back-ups of; PLC, HMIs and Drives.
- Managing Obtaining missing files for assets from OEMs (Programs, Schematics, Parts Lists, Manuals,,, in electronic

format). We deal with over 150 OEMs and Vendors and have over 1500 Assets (Machines and equipment)
- Managing all the Controls related PCs and Industrial Notebooks with all the associated Software and licences.
- Manage and establish ongoing Training for Engineers, Technologists and Electricians across 6 plants.

**Education Required**:

- Technologist, Engineer, or Electrician with 7 years OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) experience.

**What you will bring to the table**:

- Technologist or Engineer must have minimum of 6 years OEM experience electrical design, programming and
commissioning complex systems with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs and HMIs
- Electrician with a minimum of 7 years OEM experience electrical design, programming and commissioning complex
systems with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs and HMIs
**commissioning**:

- OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) are Engineering Companies that design and build complete complex systems in
house (Complete Complex Machines, both mechanical and electrical)
