**JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**General Admin**:

- Assist and partake in daily duties
- Assist with upper management with daily duties and correspondence
- General office equipment monitoring and upkeep (faxes, copiers); office supplies monitoring
- Other duties to be understood and learned in order that we may be able to cover for one another when required.
- **General Accounting**:

- Assist and partake in daily accounting duties: Daily general administration’ (administrative duties, invoicing, order entry, purchasing, correspondence etc)
- Accounts Payable - process incoming packing slips, allocate to Purchase Orders, match PO to invoices. Process for payment
- Accounts Receivable - issue delivery slips for outgoing orders, process invoices, track outstanding invoices for collection.

**Accounts Payable**:

- Allocating delivery slips to purchase orders
- Tracking Delivery of Open Purchase orders
- Track surplus parts to inventory
- Track Inventory Levels
- Enter reconciliation's quarterly
- Maintain max / min levels
- Updated inventory cost levels
- **Order Entry and Shipping Orders**:

- Enter new customer orders
- Process Job lists - track delivery requirements with shop production
- Arrange shipping with freight companies
- Prepare NAFTA and custom documents for shipping
- Print new job schedule and open orders for weekly production meeting
- Update customer with shipping dates after production meetings - if there have been any changes to the original dates.

Hire Date: ASAP

**Job Types**: Fixed term contract, Full-time

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
