**Daily goals**
- 25 verbal touches a day with regular customer phone or live
- Cold calling new & existing ( yes door knocking to regular customers)
- Posting on LinkedIn everyday
- Creating preliminary estimates 3-(Final price & spec by office)
- 1 new approved job a day easy with regular customer
- Participate with association, committees and functions (IE; boma, ifma, tbmoa, tca, oca, connex)

All this said we want someone who is a strong, kind and caring, with good natural positive energy and that likes to laugh at work.

Annual pay depends on you but you can be somewhere somewhere between low 85k to high150k. Honestly, the sky is the limit as we don't have any house accounts
