We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time, permanent Sales Representative to join our Sales team, located in Barrie, Ontario.
The Sales Representative role is primarily responsible for the development of new customer sales and maintenance of existing customer base. The Sales Representative carries and maintains personal sales quota and provides reporting to the Sales Manager. The Sales Representative provides front line representation to the customer base for the purpose of demonstrating and selling new equipment in accordance with the needs of the customer.
This role is ultimately responsible for all aspects of customer sales, providing summaries of sales activity, developing and expanding customer base, providing exceptional customer service and building relationships, introducing new products and services to customers, and learning the technology in the Point to Point Communications portfolio as required.

**Job Functions**:
Oversees all aspects of customer sales requirements
Maintains personal sales quota as established by the Sales Manager
Participates in monthly sales meetings to be informed of ongoing objectives and information and provides sales reporting as required by the Sales Manager
Provides summary of sales activity, issues, and concerns to the Sales Manager
Provides written forecasts to Sales Manager on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Develops and expands customer base through sales, service, and rentals
Focuses on providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with new and existing customers
Performs preparation of proposals with 1,5 and possibly 10 year plans
Introduces new products to existing customer base and new customers
Reprograms radios when required
Acts as a liaison with Industry Canada, Bell Canada etc. on behalf of our customers
Delivers rentals and picks up on completion
Accepts the hand off for quote/order of rentals and some parts orders
Performs programming and licensing of radios, as requested
Delivers small orders or service returns/loaners, as requested
Processes and delivers emergency orders
**Experience Requirements**:
A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales role.
Degree or Diploma in Business, or a related field is an asset.
**Additional Requirements**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, work within time constraints and follow-up.

Dedication and commitment to collaboration and continual improvement
Must live within 1 hour of Barrie, ON or be willing to relocate prior to commencing job.
Must pass a criminal record check.

Salary during training period - $42,000.00 annually
After training period will move to a competitive salary plus commission package outlined in compensation plan
