**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Collect, sort and manage all information required to create, update and maintain tariffs
- Create and maintain all mileage tables as it relates to customer needs
- Check source documents for accuracy
- Obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
- Enter data into tariffs based on the customer's specific rating structure and test for accuracy
- Advise Sales and OPS teams of the functionality of the specific tariff if outside of the norm.
- Store all documents in a shared drive that is accessible and easily navigated by other parties
- Work with Sales, Billing and A/R to investigate and resolve any data entry errors on the tariffs
- Work with Billing or A/R manager to audit and isolate all impacted invoices where an error has been identified
- Will be cross trained in other accounting duties as needed,

**Job Requirements**
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk (not a must but an asset)
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and can easily analyze and create basic formulas
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical intuition and problem-solving skills.
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Ability to learn and work in multiple departments as needed

**Preferred**
- Completion of post-secondary studies in related field
- Experience working with TMW is considered an asset
