**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to direct inquiries or take messages accurately.
- Handle data entry tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records of visitor logs, appointments, and other administrative information.
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering assistance with a positive attitude.
- Assist with client services by processing requests, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services or facilities.
- Conduct outbound calling when necessary to follow up on inquiries or confirm appointments, demonstrating proactive communication skills.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance at all times.
- Perform cash handling duties accurately when processing payments or transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
**Skills**
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a strong plus for engaging with a broader audience.
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preferably within a call center or reception environment.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed to manage records efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in phone etiquette and outbound calling techniques to foster positive interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with solid computer skills for daily operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to handle inquiries professionally and courteously under pressure.
- Attention to detail for cash handling, record keeping, and compliance with procedures.
