**What does the role involve?**:
General Summary
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible to provide general human resources related service and operational support to Hilti Canada employees and management groups. Key areas of responsibility include administrative support focused on performance management, talent planning, legal compliance, HR database maintenance, and leadership development, in support of Hilti’s business objectives, strategic initiatives, and organizational priorities.

**What do we offer?**:
\ The Human Resources Specialist is responsible to provide general human resources related service and operational support to Hilti Canada employees and management groups. **What you need is**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, required
- One (1) to three (3) years of recruiting experience or three (3) to five (5) years of Hilti sales experience, preferred
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong confidence and ability to work with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices
- Demonstrated ability to work with others; teamwork skills, required
- Must be able to maintain high level confidential information
- Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining focus on customer service
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Contagious and positive work ethic; ability to inspire others and model Hilti’s core values

Normal office conditions - this is a Hybrid Role - Up to 10% domestic and international travel, required

Salary is between $47,000 to $55,000.00

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and set-up and take down booth displays for offsite recruiting

Safety Equipment Requirements:

- Must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti, Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COSHR), and vendor sites
