Your Mission

  • Configure & Maintain: Manage workflows, automations, dashboards, and security across HR systems.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation, leverage AI-enabled tools, and implement best practices.
  • Recommend & Act: Assess system capabilities, propose enhancements, and deliver solutions that meet team needs.
  • Lead Implementations: Oversee upgrades, rollouts, testing, and training for new modules and features.
  • Collaborate & Support: Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless processes and data integrity.
  • Analyze & Report: Create dashboards and analytics that empower decision-making.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years in HRIS administration or HR technology roles.
  • Experience with multiple HR modules and integrations.
  • Advanced Excel or BI tool proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and digital workflows is a plus.

Compensation:
At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
