**In this position, you will be responsible fo**_r: _
- Answers incoming phone calls in a warm and inviting manner. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
- Organizing and liesing with daily meetings and task related to the menagers daily schedule
- Must be flexible and willing to work longer hours and on call during weekends and after business hours (this may include weekends and holidays)
- Accurately manage and coordinate a complex and detailed calendar of meetings, events and contacts
- Make sure all office areas including the cafe bar are kept clean
- Coordinate and process customer inquries, payments and auctions filing
- Distributes mail and coordinates all courier pickups. Organize, maintain, and coordinate company records and files in their proper locations.
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
- Organize Company Events and Initiatives
- Perform various administrative duties within the company
- **Requirements**:_
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Office Administration diploma would be considered an asset.
- Relevant Receptionist experiences.
- Strong ability/skills to write comprehensive correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
- Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic database.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule - would be willing to cover for full-time receptionist when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
